Founder's Story

The establishment of the company originated from an ordinary yet extraordinary founder. He traveled south from a rural area in Guangxi Province, China at the age of 17 and came to Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, China with a dream in mind. As a newcomer, facing unfamiliar environments and the hardships of job hunting, he once wandered on the streets. However, the turning point of fate happened by chance when he was discovered by the owner of a die-casting factory and brought back to the factory, thus beginning his die-casting career.

During his time in the die-casting factory, he gradually gained recognition from his boss with his spirit of hard work and unremitting efforts. From being an ordinary worker at the beginning, to being promoted to a foreman in 2002, responsible for production technology work, and then promoted to supervisor in 2005, responsible for production technology management and development of trial molds (covering 150 tons to 1650 tons of aluminum alloy die-casting machines), his career continued to climb.

In 2007, he was given the opportunity to further his studies in Sweden by the company. This learning experience not only exposed him to more advanced die-casting technology and concepts, but also gave him a broader perspective and deeper thinking. After returning from his studies, he led his team to add a magnesium alloy processing project, injecting new vitality into the company's development.

Since 2008, he has been responsible for the design, development, and trial production of new product molds. He is well aware that every project is full of challenges, but he also believes that every challenge is an opportunity for growth. He has developed the ability to solve various difficult and complicated diseases with his rich experience and superb skills. Until 2015, he personally participated in the design and production of trial molds for 15 years, handling over 200000 sets of molds.
