The Process Technology of Low Pressure Casting for Die Casting Aluminum Alloy

June 15th at 6:21pm

The design knowledge base of the aluminum alloy low-pressure casting system adopts a modular approach. Based on the system's functions, three sub modules of the Dongguan die-casting knowledge base were designed, including the explicit knowledge module, the three-dimensional module, and the rule knowledge module.

The ultimate goal is to obtain more detailed cards for the low-pressure casting process KBE system aluminum alloy, so the database will require a storage process design involving explicit knowledge. Therefore, the establishment of explicit knowledge modules is to facilitate management and retrieval, and combined with knowledge acquisition mechanisms, explicit knowledge is divided into different attribute storage.

The design process is usually a geometric (such as the size of the casting's structural gating system) related process, and KBE based design schemes can be reflected in the design of three-dimensional solid modeling, undoubtedly making the design more intuitive. Based on this idea, a three-dimensional solid model. In this module, the STL file for the aluminum alloy low-pressure casting system needs to be die cast in Dongguan. For the convenience of STL files, qualitative and quantitative descriptions were provided for each STL file in the database.

In the design process, general principle knowledge (implicit knowledge) is often needed as guidance, so it is a process based on many rules, such as the pressure to determine some basic formulas of inference based reasoning modules, the real-time dynamic invocation of corresponding rules by database knowledge, and the provision of rule knowledge modules by the knowledge base.
